Missed deliveries
It is your reponsibility to make sure somebody is available to take your delivery. Our couriers may limit the number of delivery attempts before they hold the item or it is returned to us. In order to rearrange delivery we may request a missed delivery fee to cover the cost of rebooking the delivery with our couriers. This fee may be more than the original delivery amount due to the fact that the actual delivery cost is often more than the amount we charge the customer.
If an item cannot be delivered and is returned by the courier, we may cancel and refund your order without notice. The amount refunded for orders cancelled as a result of a missed delivery will be the total order amount minus the cost of delivery.
Please note, that we cannot be held liable for any items that are lost or stolen as a result of any delivery instructions left for the carrier. Examples of such instructions may be, but are no limited to "leave item in front porch", or "leave parcel behind the bin".
Returns, refunds and warranty repairs
Please contact us to arrange your return, and we will issue a return number and return instructions. We will accept returns if:
- The goods are damaged or faulty within 30 days, and you have contacted us within 30 days of your purchase. In this case, you can request a refund or replacement.
- You have changed your mind within 30 days of receipt, and the item is "as new" – undamaged and in a resaleable condition, with its original packaging and documentation.
- The item is faulty and within the manufacturer's standard warranty period (for extended warranties registered directly with the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer).
Please note: Returns will only be accepted if you have contacted us in advance and we have provide an returns reference (RMA).
Damaged or faulty goods - within 30 days
If your goods arrived damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt to allow us to resolve the issue by replacement or refund. If the goods arrive visibly damaged, you have the right to reject the delivery. Otherwise, you must contact us immediately to make us aware of the issue. We may ask for evidence such as photographs to assess the damage and/or forward to the courier in relation to an associated claim.
Faulty goods - after 30 days
If your goods develop a fault after 30 days of receipt, this will be considered a warranty return. We will require the goods to be returned for inspection. In some cases, we may be required to return the faulty goods to a supplier or manufacturer; therefore, we do not guarantee any turnaround time for warranty returns. However, we will do our best to process them as quickly as possible for you.
Item no longer required, or change of mind
If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase and would like to return all or part of your order, we accept returns up to 30 days from receipt of the goods.
The goods must be in "as-new", resaleable condition, unopened, with all packaging and original documentation intact.
Once we have received the returned goods, they will be inspected to ensure that the above criteria are met. If satisfactory, we will issue a full refund for the goods, excluding any shipping costs. If the goods are not in a resaleable condition, we will be unable to offer a refund and will arrange re-delivery to you (the customer).
