1. We reserve theright to refuse service to anyone for legitimate commercial reasons, in compliance with applicable laws.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this website at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. 5 - Price, Payment, and Order Contract

1. Pricing
   All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate, where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, subject to the exception below.
   
   While we make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and provide a full refund.
2. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. However, due to the variable and significant costs of shipping certain heavy, oversized, or hazardous items, the automated calculation may not always be accurate. We reserve the right to revise the shipping cost after you have placed your order. 
   
   Should this be necessary, we will contact you promptly to inform you of the revised cost. You will then have the option to either accept the new shipping charge and proceed with your order, or to cancel your order for a full refund. We will not dispatch your order or take any additional payment until you have confirmed your acceptance of the revised shipping cost.
3. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation
   Your placement of an order on our website is an offer to purchase the goods. It does not constitute a legally binding contract.
   
   We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders we suspect to be fraudulent. We may also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
   
   A contract between you and Sealutions Marine Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched (the 'Dispatch Confirmation'). This email constitutes our acceptance of your offer.
4. Payment
   Payment for all orders and applicable delivery charges is taken at the time of order. We accept payment via the methods shown at the final checkout page. By completing your purchase, you confirm that the credit card, debit card, or payment account being used is yours. All payment information is encrypted during transfer over networks.
5. Accuracy of Your Information
   You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

2. Due to the complex nature of marine applications and the significant variations that can exist between different vessels, systems, and installations, you remain solely responsible for:
   1. Verifying that any products purchased are suitable and correct for your specific requirements and application.
   2. Ensuring that any products are installed, maintained, and used in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, local regulations, and best marine practice.
3. Sealutions Marine Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or injury arising from any reliance you place upon advice or guidance provided by its staff. You should not rely solely on this guidance and are strongly encouraged to carry out your own research and, where appropriate, consult with a qualified and insured marine engineer or technician before making a purchase or undertaking an installation.

1. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
2. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this website is void where prohibited.

1. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
2. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Payment for all orders and applicable delivery charges must be made at the time of order. We accept payment via the methods shown on our website at the checkout.
3. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. By completing your purchase, you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours.

9 - Delivery

1. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. All delivery charges and timescales are specified on our website and will be confirmed at checkout.
2. We will use all reasonable efforts to meet any delivery date specified. However, any such date is an estimate only, and time shall not be of the essence for the delivery of the goods.
3. Delays
   We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. We will inform you as soon as possible of any foreseen delay. Should delivery be delayed by more than 30 days from the estimated delivery date, you shall be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
4. Failed Delivery
   It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive the delivery or that you provide adequate delivery instructions. If a delivery attempt fails, you will be responsible for any redelivery charges incurred.

10 - Your Statutory Rights: Faulty Goods

1. We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. Nothing in these Terms will affect your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
2. Short-Term Right to Reject
   During the first 30 days from the date of delivery, if your goods are faulty, you are entitled to a full refund.
3. Repair or Replacement
   If a fault is discovered after 30 days but within six months of delivery, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. We will bear the reasonable costs of return postage for faulty goods. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you are then entitled to a full refund.
4. Beyond Six Months
   After six months, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement, but you may need to prove that the fault existed at the time of delivery.

5. Incorrect Items Received
   We make every effort to ensure that the goods supplied correspond exactly to your order. However, in the event that you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us as soon as reasonably practicable, and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

   1. If you notify us of an incorrect item within 30 days of delivery, you have a statutory right to reject the goods. Upon safe return of the incorrect item in an unused, "as new," and resaleable condition, we will offer a full refund or an exchange for the correct item.
   2. If you fail to notify us within 30 days of delivery, your right to an automatic refund expires. In such circumstances, upon safe return of the item in a resaleable condition, we will provide an exchange for the correct item. A refund will only be issued if a replacement cannot be sourced.

1. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors or appear fraudulent.
2. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
