This 45w PV Logic solar panel roof and deck top kit enables the solar panel to be professionally fitted to the roof of a caravan, motorhome, yacht or narrow boat. Delivering up to an impressive 292wh per day, the 45wp PV Logic solar panel can more than 50% charge an 85Ah lead acid battery on a sunny day in the UK summer. Benefitting from a 10 year product warranty, it is perfect for camping weekends with more power-hungry devices such as 12v TVs, laptops etc. This roof and deck top kit is supplied with a 45w PV Logic solar panel, premium aero brackets, 10Ah dual battery charge controller, 4m cable, connectors, fuse, bonding agent, cable feed gland and detailed installation instructions.

Developed to meet higher energy demands, the 45W rigid solar panel is suitable for powering higher power consumption devices including 12V TVs and 240V appliances (when used with an inverter). It also provides a continuous trickle feed maintain and extending the life of any 12V battery. The six layer construction of each panel, delivers performance and strength.

The panel includes bypass diodes to minimise the effect of shadows and is supplied with all a 5m cable, connectors and detailed installation instructions for permanent fitting. This panel can be installed using standard aluminium, premium PVU or aero aluminium brackets.

PV Logic rigid solar panels have a 10-year frame integrity warranty and a 20-year cell warranty (cell performance warranty states that at 20 years the cell output will be no less than 80% of new
performance values – i.e. the cell degradation rate will be no greater than 20% in 20 years).

A simple, low cost way to fix a solar panel to a motor home or boat. Simply fix to the frame of the solar panel with the stainless steel screws supplied and then the lower surface bonds to the roof using SIKA Flex 252, or similar
